Kayla Dame is a Boston native, performer, educator, and choreographer. She began her dance career at age 3 at OrigiNation Cultural Arts Center where her love for dance developed. Upon completion of elementary school, she transitioned to Tony Williams Dance Center and performed in the youth cast in the Urban Nutcracker, deepening her performance skills. In 2023 she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a discipline in commercial and performance dance. 

Additionally, Kayla has worked alongside musical artists such as Luke Bar$, Alcina Tran, SubJ, and Aaliyah’s Interlude. In summation, Kayla Dame has taught at OrigiNations Cultural Arts Center, Tony Williams Dance Center, City Ballet Boston, American Dance Training Camp (ADTC) in North Carolina and Wisconsin, Bayside School of Dance in East Providence Rhode Island, and Colleges of the Fenway. In fall 2025, she became a full time dance teacher at Boston Renaissance Charter Public School. She also teaches private dance lessons throughout the Boston area.
